Dorothy was the seller’s agent for our Cape Coral home purchase. We purchased a new home and Dorothy went out of her way to help us with our cross-country move and eventual punch list. She’s always been there for us. Great realtor’s will provide service to you even when they have no financial incentive – that’s Dorothy. I would highly recommend her if you’re buying or selling.

Dorothy is the best! Not only did she get my house sold for full asking price, she sold it inside of two weeks! She was helpful above and beyond what I ever expected! I moved out shortly after listing with Dorothy. I needed a lawn maintenance service while waiting to close and she found one for me. I needed an unforeseen repair before the final walkthrough and she handled it like a boss! She has the ability to handle anything that may arise as they come up and never “drops the ball”. Dorothy was able to negotiate a great deal for me and I was able to purchased the home well below market value. She was so great and honest that when we did the home inspection we thought that the home would include washing machine but it was the current property of the tenant at the time. We found out at closing that the washing machine wasn’t included so she offered to buy me one. I told her I didn’t need it but it was the principal of it, that she offered to buy me one.

Dorothy was such an amazing person to work with. Not only did she take into consideration all of the things we wanted in our first home, but she worked with us all the way from Illinois before we moved to Florida. She did everything she could to help us find a home that we loved and when we found the home we loved, she was able to negotiate with the seller to decreased our home by $10k!
